- 24-hour acknowledgement, you will hear back from us within one day.
- 15-day resolution.
- 36-hour urgent review, for impersonation and harassment, our review starts within 36 hours.
e.Appeal
If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may escalate to the founder's office at the same email. You also have a statutory right to appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC).
